A summary of the first 6 months working together.

1. Complementary Consultation

30 Minutes / Phone Call or Virtual

An introductory conversation to determine if a working relationship could be a good fit for both parties; if so, Onboarding and The Map Meeting are scheduled at the end of our call.

3. The Map Meeting

1 Hour / Virtual or In-Person

At this meeting, we will learn about you, your family and your business as well as your unique goals. By the end of the meeting, your unique financial planning priorities will be clear and the next step will be for us to prioritize the order in which they are addressed. A timeline will subsequently be created for us to follow.

2. On-Boarding / New Client Set-Up

30 Minutes

Phone or virtual meeting to open accounts and e-sign documents. Occasionally an in-person meeting is required, depending on the account types involved.

4. The Strategy Meeting

1.5 Hours / Virtual or In-Person

We will discuss your goals in more depth and create a timeline for addressing the most important items. Some recommendations will be made based on prior discussion and we will prioritize the next Financial Planning steps as they apply to you, including but not limited to:

  • Tax Planning and Intro to CPA

  • Estate Planning and Intro to Attorney

  • Risky Business: Insurance Analysis

  • Retirement Planning

5. The Delivery Meeting

1.5 Hours / Virtual or In-Person

We will review your Financial Plan and confirm the most important first steps for your success. Assets will be transferred in by this time and the investment strategy will be put in place.

6. Prescription For Prosperity

Ongoing

We will create a tailored schedule of follow-ups and check-ins based on your goals and financial plan.

All asset management clients begin with a comprehensive financial plan.

Hourly advice above and beyond the financial planning services is billed at $350 per hour.
